Informing students about the electronically provided services of the Program and the Foundation is carried out in an organized and systematic manner. Specifically:
1. During Student Registration
During the registration process, students receive unique access and authentication codes through the Institution’s Central Authentication System (CAS). These codes provide unified access to all available services of the Institution and the Program, such as electronic teaching platforms, announcements and information systems.

3. Press Releases and Information Brochures
The Program, in collaboration with the Foundation’s services, regularly issues press releases and information brochures. These publications include information on new services, changes or events related to studies and student life.
4. Study Guide
The Study Guide is the main information tool for students. It includes detailed information on:
- The rights and obligations of postgraduate students.
- The curriculum.
- Student life at ELMEPA.
The Guide is available on the Program website (mscie.hmu.gr) κIt is updated regularly to reflect any changes or developments.
5. Information Day Every Semester
At the beginning of each semester, an information day is organized, with the aim of providing useful information to students. During the day:
- The instructors present the courses, their requirements and assessment methods.
- The Director of the Postgraduate Program informs about new developments or changes concerning the current semester.
