Double Degree HMU – University of Burgundy

The Hellenic Mediterranean University (HMU) collaborates with the University of Burgundy (uB) in France through two Double Degree programs. The agreements allow students to attend an additional semester of studies at uB and to prepare a joint thesis, either at uB or at HMU, under the supervision of both institutions. Upon successful completion, an additional postgraduate qualification is awarded, in one of the following specializations:

• Computer Vision
• Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare

Participation Requirements

• Successful completion of the first two semesters at HMU.
• Selection of courses according to the program requirements.

Financial Obligations

• In the Computer Vision specialty, tuition fees are €1,500 and students cover all living, travel and insurance expenses.
• In the Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare specialty, there are no tuition fees, while scholarships are provided through national and European programs, such as ERASMUS+.

Awarded Titles

For the Computer Vision specialty:

• Master’s degree in “Information Technology Engineering” from ELMEPA.
• Master’s degree in “Computer Vision” from uB.

For the Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare specialty:

• Master’s degree in “Information Technology Engineering” from HMU.
• Master’s degree in “Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare” from HMU.

The program provides high academic recognition, enhancing the professional prospects of participants.
